"I have travelled around the globe. I have seen the Canadian and American Rockies, the Andes, the Alps and the Highlands of Scotland, but for simple beauty Cape Breton outrivals them all."

A part of Cheticamp Harbour.
Just over French Mountain is a view of Cap Rouge, Corney Brook and Trout Brook as they flow into the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
Passenger:

1. A person who travels in a conveyance, such as a car or train, without participating in its operation.
2. A person who participates only passively in an activity.
3. A wayfarer or traveler.

Free and happy Archie and I drove the cabot trail.
Willy and I played The Highlands Links while Archie came for the walk. This is the third hole a par 3, 154 yards. I shot a 100 and Willy shot a 97. Not bad, hell of a course!
An old rusted out farm wagon in Willy's yard.
The rooster and hens at Willy's barn.
Facing North, a shot of Archie's cove below.
Archie on a trail at Smokey.
Evan looking out from Smokey.
Poor things!
The sea became rough as the rain fell and the day broke. 250 lobster traps were hauled in total.
From right to left is Willy, his son Paul, and Willy's brother.
This one is going to be shipped off to be eaten.
The lobsters have to be measured and they must be released if they are too small.
This is the winch that hauls the lobster traps in and that land jutting out is called "Smokey."
